插件冲突，其它修改权限的插件有可能导致自己看自己不是op，建议卸载本插件或排查其它插件问题。

i can use commands just like an operator. but the command suggestion doesn't appear so i can't auto complete. the slash (/) button on chat doesn't appear too even though i'm an operator.

This is a plugin conflict. Be careful not to use other plugin which will automatically change your permissions after you enter the server.
You can verify this by trying to uninstall other plugins and keep only this one.
