Sorry, iLand does not support players without XUID, just like no country accepts citizens without ID cards. XUID is a unique identification of a player. If only the player name or UUID is used, they can be forged or unstable. The server should not turn off online-mode, players will be able to fake nametag to join your server, which is very dangerous.
