根据我国相关法规，我们采取了强制实名认证后发言的限制，但是考虑到仍然有大量港澳台同胞及外国友人在使用我们的社区并且希望参与到社区互动中来，经过研究我们决定为这些用户开放特别发言权限申请通道：
